Our story
Dr. Patrice Baptiste and her team observed a growing crisis within UK medicine: brilliant, passionate GPs were facing unprecedented levels of burnout, feeling isolated and lacking a clear path to career flexibility. Resources were scattered, credible opportunities were hard to find, and a supportive community focused on portfolio careers was non-existent.
Portfolio Professionals was born from this challenge. It was created to be the single, trusted platform Dr. Baptiste and her colleagues wished they had – a central hub for connection, growth, and opportunity. Today, we are the living result of that vision, committed to empowering every doctor to take control of their professional life.
